Ingredients
100 gr Butter
400 gr Sugar
45 gr Makonnelli Natural Cocoa Powder
45 gr Makonnelli Natural Cocoa Powder
250 gr All-purpose wheat flour
8 gr Baking powder
6 eggs (300 gr)
260 gr Makonnelli Kacoa Coverture 65% Mild
150 gr Walnuts
Cooking Time
Preheat the oven to 200°C
For 20 minutes at 180°C



Preparation
1.- In a bowl, melt the Makonnelli Kacoa 65% Mild coverture with the butter in a microwave oven in 30-second intervals.
2.- Add the sugar, beaten eggs and chopped walnuts, mix well and incorporate the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder previously sifted, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour it into a rectangular or square mold of approximately 30 cm with waxed or waxed paper, and bake it in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Let it cool to unmold it and cut it into squares.
