Since we want to respect our selected beans’ origin and keep the highest level of purity in our products, we have our products assessed by a panel of experts who identify descriptors of aromas and flavors typical of the Sur del Lago bean. Scents and flavors that are proper of the Venezuelan premium cocoa. 

Our cocoa brings fragrances that remind us of wood, liquor, candy, sugarcane juice, raw sugar cane, malt, orange blossom, or cinnamon. And, these aromas are then transferred into every recipe when you use our products.
